At Carol's Daughter, we want you to love your beauty routine, so if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your products within 30 days for a full refund. Please note that items must be in their original condition and purchased directly from our official website.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided via email to ensure your return is tracked correctly.
Package Your Items
Securely pack the products in their original packaging if possible, include the packing slip, and affix the return shipping label to the outside of the box.
Refund Processing
Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location; once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
